Also on June 15, 2009 we will be announcing all-stars for 9-10 year olds and 11-12 year olds in both softball and baseball. More information concerning this will be forthcoming.

Summer League Season
After the All-Star Break, Avery County Little League is wanting to continue play for Minor and Major league Baseball, Major and Hybrid League Softball. This is the first year that we are going to try this. We will have games on Thursdays for Minors League baseball, and Fridays for Major League baseball. The Softball league will have games on Friday only with the Hybrid league playing at 5:30 and Major league playing at 7:30. A letter and schedule will be sent to the coaches and posted on the blog by June 10.
